BJP MLA gifts wife Rs 5cr Lamborghini, and she rams it into auto | Video

Narendra Mehta, a BJP MLA from Mira-Bhayander in Mumbai, gifted his wife a Lamborghini worth Rs 5 crore for her birthday last Saturday. And minutes after she got the posh gift, the woman rammed it into an auto-rickshaw, a video of which is went viral on social media.

Mehta’s wife Suman took the saffron-colored Lamborghini out for a ride, but lost control of it and rammed it into the auto which was parked wayside.

There were people in the vehicle's way and luckily, they managed to run away.

The BJP MLA had even announced the gift of the car to his wife on Facebook.

Though no one was injured in the accident, the auto’s headlight was smashed in the impact of the collision and the MLA had to pay compensation to its driver, reports said.

“The car just touched the auto and it was not damaged,” Mehta said, admitting that his wife drove the car.
